Cancellation Policy

By scheduling a service with Lovely Neighbor LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which ensure the professional integrity and availability of our high-acuity stabilization services. 1. Service Vetting & Intake All booking requests are submitted as inquiries and are subject to review by our Command Center. We reserve the right to decline or request additional clinical information to ensure that our Pod Model is the appropriate intervention for the client’s needs. A member of our team will confirm your booking upon successful intake vetting. 2. Payment & Deposit Terms To secure your scheduled service, full payment or a confirmed institutional purchase order is required. For private clients, an invoice will be issued upon booking confirmation; payment must be remitted within the terms specified to guarantee the deployment of your Pod. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Our stabilization Pods are reserved specifically for your care. To ensure we can accommodate the needs of all clients: Notice Requirement: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for all cancellations to avoid charges. Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. No-Show Policy: Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the service rate. 4. Late Payment Policy We value the discipline required to maintain our Command Center operations. Any payments or balances remaining outstanding more than 24 hours past the established due date will be subject to a 10% late fee. 5. Late Arrivals If you are running late for a scheduled consultation or transition session, please notify our Command Center immediately at 678-787-5444. Arriving more than 20 minutes late without prior notification may result in a forfeited session and associated fees. 6. Professional Conduct Our team is committed to providing elite-level care in a safe and respectful environment. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for conduct that compromises the safety, dignity, or professional standards of our Leads and Neighbors. 7. Policy Modifications Lovely Neighbor LLC reserves the right to modify these terms as needed. The version of this policy active at the time of your booking will apply.
